How to Place an Order: Step-by-Step Guide

Welcome to our comprehensive guide on how to easily place an order on our website. Whether you're looking to beautify your space with our premium 3.5" Basswood shutters or other fantastic products, this guide will walk you through each step of the process. Let's get started!

Step 1: Navigate to Collections

Start by clicking on the Collection link located at the top of our homepage. This will direct you to our extensive catalogue of items, where you can browse through various product categories.

 

Step 2: Select the Collection which the Product is in

For example, if you are interested in purchasing the 3.5" Basswood shutters, click on Elite Vogue

You'll be directed to the product page then click on the Product, where you can view all the details including sizes, features, and customization options.

 

Step 3: Enter Required Information

Once on the product page, you'll need to fill out all the necessary information to customize your order according to your preferences. Look for fields marked with an asterisk (*), as these are required and must be completed before you can proceed. Please note, some field are hidden, it will appear as you enter more info.

 

Step 4: Choose Quantity and Add to Cart

After entering all the details, select the quantity of the product you wish to order. Then, click the Add to Cart button. This action will add your chosen product to your shopping cart. (We recommend for certain products, like shutters, the quantities are kept on 1)

 

Step 5: Enter Additional Order Details

On the cart page, you have the option to add a Purchase Order (PO) Number and/or a Sidemark for your reference. These fields are optional but can be helpful for tracking or specifying your order.

 

Step 6: Choose Additional Services and Preferences

Before you finalize your order, decide if you want to add measure and/or install service. If selected, the service fees will be added to your total after checkout. Finally, choose your lead time, pricing may be confusing, but it will be corrected in the checkout page. 

 

Step 8: Proceed to Shipping

Click on Go to Shipping to continue. Choose Ship** or Pick Up

**If you have opted for our measure and/or install services, you will need to fill out complete client information in the shipping area to ensure we can process and fulfill your order accurately.

 

Step 9: Complete Payment Details

Finally, click on Go to Payment. Here, you will choose your preferred payment method. We are NOT asking for the payment, but you would select one of the ways to get us the deposit.

 

Step 10: Review and Place Your Order

Review all the information you have entered. If everything looks correct, confirm your order and click Complete Order

*You will receive an order confirmation email. Please note, in general the price on the product will not be adjusted, but if measure and/or install are selected or other shipping options then that will get adjusted.
