1. Cannot Add to Cart
If you're having trouble adding items to your cart, make sure you have selected all required fields. Our system needs this information to process your order correctly, so please double-check that all selections have been made before proceeding.
2. Incorrect Pricing Displayed
Seeing the wrong price? You might not be logged in. Prices can vary based on your membership or account status, so make sure you're logged into your account to view the most accurate pricing.
3. Price Not Correct Even After Logging In
If the price still doesn't look right after you've logged in, try removing the item from your cart and adding it again. This can often resolve any lingering issues with incorrect pricing data being displayed.
4. Missing PO# or Sidemark After Saving to Cart
Unfortunately, when you save items to your cart, it does not save your Purchase Order number (PO#) or Sidemark. You'll need to re-enter these details each time you review your cart or before finalizing your order.
5. Higher Prices for Longer Lead Times
Noticed that the price increases with longer lead times? This could be due to a glitch. If you see a price discrepancy before checkout, try clearing your browser's cache to refresh the page. Make sure you select the correct lead time, and the correct price should be displayed when you reach the checkout screen.
6. Entering Client Address for Installation
If you have opted for measure and/or installation services, you'll need to enter your client's address. Here's how: After selecting measure/install services and proceeding to checkout, under the delivery method, choose the "Ship" option and continue to enter your client's information. Then, on the shipping page, make sure to reconfirm the measure/install selection.
7. No Option for Will Call / Pick Up in Shipping Method
Looking for an option to pick up your order rather than have it shipped? If you're in the shipping method section and don't see this option, go back to the previous screen where you select the delivery method. There, you should see options to either Ship or Pick Up. Choose "Pick Up" to proceed with this method.
8. How do I know which cart belongs with which order?
Once you saved to cart, you can click the options to give it a name. We would suggest the you provide its Sidemark there.
